Delete your data

You are in full control of your data. You can permanently delete your MyOnlineChat account and everything associated with it at any time, including accounts created with Facebook login.

What will be deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • Your chat history and all conversations
  • Your active subscription — it is automatically cancelled
  • The connection between MyOnlineChat and your Facebook account (for Facebook logins)

How to delete your data

    Sign in to your MyOnlineChat account.

    Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar.

    Tap "Delete my data" and confirm. Your account, data, and subscription are deleted within 24 hours.
